This 2026 summer, Abigail and her family spent two months living in Cortona, an Etruscan hill town in Tuscany, Italy. Looking out over the valley below, it is as if someone took a paintbrush dipped in yellow paint and made lots of marks on the landscape. Sunflower seed oil is a significant crop in Tuscany, and what joyful energetic blooms it brings with it!
