Refund policy

At Abigail West Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer the following policy to ensure your experience is positive:

  1. Replacements for Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly provide a replacement at no extra charge.

  2. Lost Packages: If your order is lost by the mail carrier, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please allow 15 days after the expected delivery date before contacting us for assistance--this is USPS policy, not ours!

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or limited-edition prints are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or are lost in transit.
